Workout tracking is facilitated through multiple methods, including automatic set detection via Apple Watch (series 4 and newer), real-time repetition feedback using the Enode Sensor, or quick manual input for convenience.

Subscription details: Enode One+ is available at a country-specific price displayed within the app. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the current billing cycle's end. Please note that current in-app subscriptions cannot be canceled mid-term through the app; however, automatic renewal can be disabled at any time via account settings.
